Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping will be arranged based on subsequent discussion and confirmation by customers – this is to provide adequate support to assess the vehicle specifications and rim suitability and/or customisation. Giant Light Metal will provide a confirmation emails together with relevant shipping details once details are finalised.


International Shipping

International shipping is available, subject to prevailing international shipping conditions and legal jurisdictions.


Returns

Giant Light Metal will ensure that all of our products will be shipped out at the highest quality and standards.

Products may be returned to the Giant Light Metal when a manufacturing defect is found which include different shape, size or colour does not correspond with the description stated in the purchase order, when the product cannot be installed into relevant vehicles and other related manufacturing errors. Any return request placed by the purchase must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s return policy, which will be advised during the customer consultation process.
